New Promotions

The personnel shown above are being promoted to higher positions within their organizations:

Leon Panuelo, Jr. was promoted from his position as an accountant to Tax Administration Officer for FSMSSA. Dwight Jossien, also of the main office, was promoted from account analyst to accountant. Win Thomas of Pohnpei Branch was promoted from technical specialist to Assistant Branch Manager of Pohnpei Social Security.

The promotions will go into effect on January 1, 2003.
