Pweikamw, Saladak, U, Pohnpei - A young resident of Pweikamw, U made a gruesome discovery. She found the badly beaten body of 38 year old Kose Ketinter lying by the side of the road on Tuesday morning. He had been dead for several hours before the body was found.

Three juveniles with an average age of 16 were arrested and charged with the murder. Due to their age their names were not release to the press.

Araceley said that all three of the teens had been drinking heavily. He did not say if Ketinter had also been drinking.

At press time the three young men were still in jail. A bail hearing was scheduled for the morning of New Year's Eve at the Pohnpei State Supreme Court.
