The Board of Directors and Management for the FSM Telecommunications Corporation wishes to inform the general public and its valuable customers that the tariff changes as proposed on July 14, 2011, have been approved in its entirety in our meeting of September 16, 2011. The tariff will be implemented in two phases. The Board is proposing the following implementation schedule: Phase I of the schedule will take effect on November 1, 2011. Phase II will commence on October 1, 2012.

Caller ID Features will be available to customers (both residential and business) free of charge during PHASE I. For Phase II, all the Value Added Services (VAS) features (call waiting, call forwarding, speed dialing etc.) will be available to customers free as part of the basic landline services.
