L.B.N0. 05-00 ONCE AGAIN DEFER ACTION FOR ANOTHER SESSION
L. B. No. 05-00 (intended to retain various land areas for future use by the State Government) was again delayed action when the Fifth Pohnpei Legislature convene into its 14th Special Session which began on February 12, 2002 in the Legislature Chamber hall. click here

SEVENTH REGULAR SESSION ADJOURNS
The Pohnpei Lawmakers adjourned its 7th Regular Session on Friday, February 1, 2002. Much of the work loads remains within the Committees' assignments, which includes reviewing of proposed measures, floor motions and related developmental matters.

5th POHNPEI LEGISLATURE REORGANIZED
The reorganization of the 5th Pohnpei Legislature began after Speaker Felician M. Perman call the 7th Regular Session to order on January 14, 2002, at the Legislative Chamber Hall in Pei Lapalap Dolen Kutoar, the State Capitol Hill. A few changes were made to the reorganization.
